I want to bring empathy and compassion back to public service. I believe we are at our best when we can serve those most in need. I believe in justice and fairness for everyone. I feel that the first step in the achievement of these goals would be the passing of a Non Discrimination Ordinance, simply agree to not legislate against people.

I consider myself a family values candidate, and my family includes LGBT members. If you can see value in caring for all, I encourage you to support Tom Rafferty for City Council, District 7. 

Tom is a life long resident of Parkersburg and holds a RBA in Psychology from WVUP.
